well someone was selling an almost full kit for a pretty decent price, i dont think i want the fmu though, cuz i want to go standalone , should i get it for now just to get the kit in quick, or have em knock off money and not take the fmu? how much should I have em knmow off and still be fair

Hks SSQ bov
FMU, unknown ?
gaskets
oil return line and whatever other lines needed
i think that was all i wanted from the kit $for like $1100 shipped, does this sound good or no?
there was a starion intercooler in there and a bootleg ractive boost gauge, but i didnt want that stuff with it,lmk, guys, thanks.

 

if you are gonna get a standalone or a piggyback such as hondata then you wont need the fmu.

 

i was thinking of getting the AEM , how much should i have the person knock off you think for the fmu?

 

hondata is 535 dollars, with rev contorl and boost option.
then u can get injectors.

jump on it, build a custom turbo setup.

after getting the hondata and injectors, ur done with fuel. you can get a fpr and fuel pump if u need more fuel.

then all u need is a turbo, manifold, wg, intercooler, bov, piping. and the other lil things.

 

i already got an intaknk pump and fpr and rual rail and all that stuff fror the nitrous.
after this buy if i get it all i need is an intercooler , downpipe and some injectors and im good to boost for now , then get the AEM or something .

yep, always depends on your budget. i might not make as much as you, so im more to the hondata.

 

wel im broke as ****, but i was just thinking aem to make sure i will always have every option i could ever need. . . more like by the time im ready to get it, it will prb be hondata anyway

Yeah, sounds like a good deal but everything else adds up quick, I've spent 4K over the price of my kit including standalone and all, and it's still all sitting in my room waiting to install

well i just talked with one of my friends hes got a boosted rx7, he said he thinks that turbo will be too small for me and thinks i should go t3-t4 hybrid and that wastegate sucks ***, which i have also heard from other palces?
i dunno what i wanna do damnit. it sounded like a good deal .

 

yeh the turbo to small if you plan on sparying go big t3/t04e 57or 60 trim with a .63 or.82 turbine

Turbos=$$$$ as do standalone. About your original question an FMU is worth from about 100-150 bucks maybe cheaper
