Default H23 bad injector worth the buy?

I have been shopping around for a prelude since my friend convinced me to sell him my hatch to drop his b18c into after he totaled his eg coupe. I found a 94 prelude si with 130k and a h23 but the owner says it has a bad injector. He says the mechanic said it would be 120 for the labor and install but I have a working set of dsm 450s I got off a friend for 40$. Iv read that the h23 has stock resistors so would it be a stright drop in besides alittle different o-rings? Would I need a fpr since there alittle but bigger injectors it's completely stock besides the header and custom made catback. It's got alittle quarter rust and a tear in the back set and they want 1800 it's not too bad alittle rough around the edges but I can do body and engine work myself. Any input is welcome thanks guys
