I had been working on my Z, and finally figured out that the MBC wasn't doing it's job. So I pulled it and let it vent to atmosphere. In other words, the more gas I give it, the more boost builds. I went out driving to get something to eat with my wife, and ran into an older model CRX. (Sorry, I'm not really knowledgeable about CRX's, that's why I'm here to learn.)

He gave me a rev, and I launched on him at half-gas, boosting at about 10PSI.. Hard to judge considering it's venting to atmosphere.. I pulled at least a car or two, don't really know because I was watching the road and the boost guage. Shut down at 75 from 45, so not a race in any way at all. I had meant to flag him down and pull over and talk, but he turned off and left before I could.

Blue CRX, (80's model?) lots of internal guages, had at least exhaust, possibly more mods. Just wondering if the driver's on here, and would like to setup an actual race rather than that half-*** attempt.

Cliff notes: 300ZX Turbo runs into CRX, couldn't race because of MBC problems. Wants to know if CRX owner is on HT forums to setup a real race.
