Hey fellas, have a little question for anyone who might have some experience on this.

Was living in the Philippines for a period of time, bought a 1987 Honda CBR 250. I'll be moving back to the states very soon, and was considering importing this little gem with me. Anyone have any experience or and advice how I would go about doing this? Destination will be Miami, Florida.

i guess those 223 views over the last 5 days means no one that actually looked at this thread knows anything about importing a bike

Were/are you in the U.S. military? I know it makes it easier. I think it mostly depends on if the bike was sold in the USDM or not. I'd merely call either DMV or your motorcycle insurance carrier about it. They might be able to shed some light.
