Thats wherm's ride (on cb7tuner.com), he did a vigor headlight/hood/fender swap/mod/blend, with a skyline bumper.

Good cb7 tribute. I ususally go on youtube to watch videos and such. Inspiration / ideas that I want to do on mine. Alass no money to do so.

I wonder who the Wyoming car at 3:23 belongs to. I think it's that guy from Gillette who is pretty active on CB7tuners.

The lights in question in this video are indeed JDM Vigor headlights. There's a whole thread on cb7tuner about it, but the site's been down over a week now for some reason.
