92 civic rad hose overpressurized

i have a 92 civic d15b7 my upper rad hose is bulging about to blow it looks at first it had no pressure so this happened after i changed to rad cap my car doesnt overheat and everything seems to be working fine....any help?

What number is on top of the cap (either PSI or bar). Should be 1.1bar or 16 PSI. You also may have air in the system:

if the hose is old it's definitely a possibility the hose just failed. its happened to me it will begin to bulge and eventually it will burst like a pimple.
