Default 91 Accord lx wont start

So like the title says i have a 91 accord lx (bone stock) that i just picked up and it ran great for the first week then the other day just said no when i tried to start it. when i roll the key over to start it it just clicks and all the power cuts out kinda like if the battery was dead but i just put a brand new battery in it so i know the battery isnt junk and the weird thing is that it will start if i jump start it. also one more lil weird thing to throw in here is that when i try to start it without jumpstarting it i roll the key over and like i said the power all cuts out but as soon as i roll the key back every single light on my dash comes on and my radio starts flashing. any thoughts?

Check/clean all your grounds. Second check your alternator, as its probably not keeping your battery charged. Otherwise bad starters have been known to cause weird electrical issues.
