We never had obd0 pr3 in the usa. That is a Japanese B16A ecu. Japan had the pr3 and pw0

There is also the obd1 pr3.

The OBD0 and OBD1 doesn't matter.
If you tune the PR3 to handle the 2.0 it can do the B20.
