i'm sure the obx header is robbing a huge amount of power

So it was road tuned, then just put on a dyno for one pull? Or did they do more pulls to try and tune it out?

the compression on the motor is like a stock k series so since you also have stock cams you cant really make too much more. maybe 235 on 93 octane. get bigger cams and run better header and you will see a nice increase in whp.

Doesn't sounds too bad, although the torque i would have expected closer to 200. Also, how much total ign adv and how much VTC advance? using the factory ITR VTC gear? need to know all that to help. And like someone asked, did they try to tune or jsut did one or two passes on the dyno.

tuning for a/f is just one part of tuning, you need to find the optimum VTC and ign timing too.

The type r cams you are running are not all that aggressive, it would be worth looking into upgrading them

Mine made about 270 with Rods and specd pistons. But it was a great tuner!

My friends make 244 with k24 block with stock bottom end with z3 head. DC header, tsx TB and cams. So it could be the tune. Also obx header is a big red flag.

those cams aren't not designed to make great power for k24 engine

the header need to be change too
