Default Car Not Starting.. Please HELP!!!

I have a 2001 Prelude Auto. A couple days ago I was going to work and when I got to work I noticed the D4 light was blinking and the CEL was on. I didn't think too much of it and was just gonna check it out after work. As I was getting back into my car after work my car wouldn't start. It would crank but wouldn't actuallly start. I tried to jump start it and still nothing. I heard the fuel pump turn on when i turn the key to the on position. Then I went to check for spark and I got spark and as I was going to check the 3rd cylinder gas started spraying up from the spark plug tube. I had never seen that happen before. So my first instinct is I probably blew a head gasket so I get the car towed to a local shop and they tell me that my head gasket is likely blown or a cracked head. So I then get it towed back home and drain the oil and it's very milky and it smelled like gas. I go ahead and tear it down and put a new head gasket, timing belt, water pump, intake and exhaust gasket, and new valve stem seals. And i go to start the car and it would crank a few times and then just shut off. I turn the key to off and back to start again and same thing it would crank 3 or 4 times and then just shut off. There is a fuel cut off switch installed on the car and when i cut off the fuel the car would crank until i let go of the key. But when I turn the fuel on the car would only crank a few times before shutting off. Then I remembered about the CEL so I pull the codes and it reads p0700, p0758, and p1790. Those are all transmission codes. Those wouldn't cause my car not to start would it? Sorry for the long story I figured i better put in all the detail I can from the get go.

Check timing. Sounds like you have the firing order incorrect, or the timing is off.

Compression Test Results
Cylinder 1 = 211
Cylinder 2 = 168
Cylinder 3 = 153
Cylinder 4 = 200

I did the timing belt again and same thing is happening still..

Did you check the head/valves? Did you send it out to be checked?

gas spraying out the plug hole= hydrolocked, hydrolocked usually= bent valves

If your getting weird compression results do a leak-down to determine where the compression loss is. I'm betting the heads are f**ked.

The valves were fine when I took them off to do the valve stem seals. I am going to take the head off one more time and get it machined or checked first.

So my friend took the head to get it checked out and it was warped so we got it machined and go new head gasket and head bolts and we put pretty much everything back together except for the alternator and tried starting the car. it wouldn't start so we checked for spark one more time and we weren't getting spark anymore. so we decided to replace the coil and then we got spark on all 4 cylinders. so we finally got the car to start after repeatedly holding the key and giving it gas for about 30 seconds. we let it run for a bit and then turned it off and put the alternator, timing cover and all the other stuff that we left off back on. we go to start the car again and it won't start again. checked for spark again and it was there. I have no idea what else to check for. we have fuel, spark, and compression. it should start with all those 3 things am i right?
