Default Accord idle fluctuating

My 1996 Honda Accord 2.2L Vtec is surging after about 3 min of running. I have changed the Fast Idle Thermo Valve and no change. I cant find any air leaks either. The lines going to the valve seems hot also. Any thoughts..

Clean out the IACV, throttle body and maybe adjust the FITV. Could also be an air bubble in the cooling lines.

There is a really good DIY in the FAQ on how to clean the IAC and adjust the FITV.

Hey opie43040, I had the same problem on my '92...2.2L. check out this video I found when researching the problem...fixed it right away. This valve is just off the firewall a few inches, and near the Brake master cylinder, your's should be very similar. Good Luck!!!
