It looked good for about a year and then it turned yellow and started chip. so i talke him in to buying some paint and do it right so here it is.
befor paint about 3 mouths ago.

80 to take down the the spraypaint

180 to smooth it all out

some sainding blocks

body filler

toyota super white

so we really did not have the money to go buy a air compressor. so we have a 5 gal air compressor and pick up a 50 gal tank with out the compressor for $50.and so you use the small one to fill the 50gal cheap and worked really well.

so we had to take off the door becouse the shop was not very big

primer sprayed

That is all i have for now the is painted will have some more pic in a few weeks.

Looking good so far, props for using a compressor (albeit a small one.) I read a review and demoed an LVLP gun, used under 4cfm and sprayed really well. I can get you a name if you'd like. It's about 50$.
I am useing a hvlp that I pick up from the mac truck it worked grate and the air compresser never dropped under 85psi to the gun.But yeah i would love to know were to get one and try it out.
The grizzly H7667 (with a 1.5mm tip, the H7666 comes with a 1.3)
3 to 3.9cfm. And that's for real, it really ONLY uses that much. Just be careful with metallics, it is definitely the best gun for a little compressor (that is affordable).

Keep us updated. Those mac truck HVLPs are good but rather hungry. You must have painted by the panel to keep your pressure up. An overall eats air like crazy.

i wouldn't trust that bondo. there's way better product out there, you can get 3lbs of usc spot light for like 25 bucks.
