Default TPS Sensor? Check engine light.

Would a TPS sensor cause the check engine light to come on?

I recently just removed and installed my intake to clean it out, adjust it, and such. I just raced my friend's maxima and when I'm heading home my car starts to rev up to 4000RPMs when coming to a stop in neutral, and idling at 3 at stop. I fixed that problem now but my engine light is now on. I disconnected my TPS sensor which was already ghetto rigged on with zipties and put it back on. And adjusted idle screw valve.

I adjusted the throttle position lower to stay at 1, but when I'm coasting and put my car into neutral it immediately goes down to 0 RPMS and shuts off.

Clean/Adjusted my IAV.

Also just replaced my Radiator if that has to do with anything but thats before my check engine light came on.

So short story short, what would cause the car to die in neutral(sometimes) , would the TPS or vacuum leak cause Check engine light to come on?

Any two cents or help would be accepted. Thankyouu.
