Best belts for metal

Hi guys,

I just bought a 6"x80" belt sander and was wondering what are the best belts for sanding metal. I tried searching but didnt find much useful info.

Lotta people run aluminum zarconia or whatever its called. Typically 80 grit. 12 bucks a belt for 6x48 but much more life.

For sanding tube ends straight, flanges and this kind of "big/hard" stuff I use 36grit, if I don't care about fine finish.

Sounds goods now I just gotta set up the sander in my garage, this thing is pretty big..
