Default CylinderSupportSystem Amazing results!!!

Well, we pushed and pushed until it broke. This motor saw 30+ dyno hits over 650wHP, 10+ over 750wHP(mid 30psi) and a couple boost spikes of nearly 40psi.

When it finally let go and it was torn down and results were amazing. Not one crack from the top of the CSS to the bottom, yet it blew out the entire bottom side of the cylinder. Lets see a "properly installed" blockguard do that.

The car made 773wHP during the first dyno session on AEM. He only made one 3/4 pass because of tranny/clutch issues. The car was then retuned on Hondata well into the 700wHP range when this happened. I believe the car would have made it to the track again if they stayed AEM, but it wasn't my call.

Either way the results were great for the product, since its for the 500-600whp guys.

You are correct. It would bump the rating to at least 700 BUT, the cost of the dry sleeves and the CSS would be so close to full sleeves it wouldn't be worth it.

If someone is already running the dry sleeves the process would def help.

I agree the switch to Hondata from AEM is not what did it in. There are Hondas running S300 making over 800-1000whp. Stock sleeves have there limit. The CSS/block guard did its job very well to hold up past 650whp, but when it let go boy did it let go judging from the pic.

Credibility just went out the door. That shouldn't have been the reason at all.....

What is the setup on the car? Motor, turbo, cams, etc.

Dyno numbers are just that, numbers. We want to see track numbers and how many passes it will take.
