New to integras, bought a project car, a 95 RS. Wipers, windows, and power door locks don't work. I've been researching all over and here is my problem:

I dunno what the previous owner did, but the back of the JDM headlight looks like:


Instead of doing things the right way he ghetto rigged the wiring to make the left headlight work:


Here is a few wires I found wide open:


I think the black/green wire is for the washer fluid bottle:

I've tried to replace the fuse at least 5 times and as soon as i try and use the wipers the fuse pops. Any ideas?

 

The wiper fuse pops due to a short. It's because of those muffed up wires. But I'm confused as to what your actual question is?

 

sry, i was wondering how i could stop fuse 14 from popping and be able to use my wipers, which will in turn allow me to use my power windows. Also, that clear plastic box is a ground right?

 

Clear plastic box? Your wipers will not get fixed until you fix the wires, they are shorting to another wire with current.

 

Go to the yard and get a new harness. **** de-wiring that cluster!

What do you mean by JDM headlights? Does the car have a JDM front?

Did you squish a bird while closing your hood? There is like fur or some **** along the top of your fender.

And last night I was on my Iphone, now that I am on my computer and can actually get a good look at these pictures, that dude hacked up that stuff BAD. Get a new harness.
