Default STOLEN ITR (Bay Area, CA): 01 Black JDM Front End

My cousins R was stolen today in Danville. Whoever stole it more than likely towed it. No glass on the floor and the car was not running. Let me know if you guys see any parts for sale.

Hate hearing about things like this so close to home. I almost drove my R to San Ramon today but was too afraid to leave it parked outside all day, so I drove my truck instead.
Will keep an eye out for parts for sale, but hopefully your cousin just gets it back in one piece

Dang, Danville is supposed to be a "nice" area too. Hope to read about the recovery later....

Is there a big problem with ITRs being stole over there?

Danville and the surrounding areas (Walnut Creek, San Ramon) are really nice, rich areas. That's why I was surprised to hear about it happening there. But I guess it goes to show you it can happen anywhere.

Yah it's a nice area. I haven't heard anything yet, but it sucks because I was hoping to buy the car when he was done with it. Ughhh.

Damn... That post on CL was list at 12:30 this morning. Could that be it? Was the car parked on the street or something? What kind of anti-theft devices were employed? This scares me cuz I park my ride outside every night and I live in WC. That fckn sucks

How can you prove its from the stolen itr anyway? Fishy? Yes, but without proof its pointless.

I also hate these threads. Good luck to your friend! Do you know what his badge # was? Any major modifications or unique parts to look out for?

It has not been recovered yet. Yes it was parked outside. Definitely not what I would have recommended, but he had no choice the past couple of weeks.

Sorry to hear this. I do drive my "R" to S.F. and the East Bay. BUT, I never leave my car parking for more than 15 minutes. Hope to hear a recovery news soon.
