Default Tranny going out, Swap?

Hey everybody, I got a 98 Acura LS with an auto trans, and i found out the clutch is going out, and fast, I need to know if an 02 Civic auto trans can fit into it?

My sister just wrecked her 02 Civic and i was wondering if i could take her trans off her hands.

Let me know, thanks!

Actually in auto transes there is a clutch at every gear, it's not like a manual clutch, but there are friction discs.

That was what I was talking about, because it only seems to ever slip when going from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd.

For some reason it has been getting progressively better though, I guess the fluid changes are starting to help with that? Im thinking I'm going to do one last fluid change and see how it turns out.
