Default Best affordable summer tires

Hello H-T. I finally picked up my second set of wheels. This will be the first time that I will be looking at summer tires but don't want to go overboard. I have been looking at Falken Ziex, Dunlop Direzza, Kumho Ecsta XS, and Nitto Neogens.

I simply dont know which tire to go with. The wheels are for my DD and i do not track the car. I do part take in spirited driving from time to time though =P

tires such as the kumho xs, dunlop star spec, falken rt615, bridgestone re11, yoko advan ad08, etc. are among the best summer tires you can get. they have the most grip and pretty low treadwear. these will probably be overkill for what you want. something like the yokohama s.drive is a little less grippy, but cheaper and last longer. I have them and I am very happy with them. the grip level is still very good wet and dry.

+1 for the Yokohama

Of the tires you mentioned, we carry the Kumho (very good in dry but very weak in wet) and the Dunlop (not bad, Yoko is a little better).
