Default Made tuning appointment - help me with prep-checklist pls?

Guys,
I made an appointment to have the little beast tuned by Kenny (Turbogixxer).

Car (tuning related stuff):
  • '93 Hatch with JDM ITR swap
  • Buddy Club adjustable Cam Gears
  • Chipped P28 with base ITR map
  • 3" SRI/BPi velocity stack/K&N Filter
  • RMF Narrow replica header
  • Apex'i WSII

Performed during the swap (about 9 months ago):
  • Cleaned injectors (cleaned by Cruzinperformance.com)
  • New timing belt, seals, water pump, VC gasket and related items
  • New fuel filter
  • New fuel tank (upgraded to a 11.5 gallon, so I know it's clean/no gunk)

To be performed right before tuning:
  • Fresh oil and filter
  • Valve Adjustment (and installing a temporary cut valve cover for cam gear access)
  • Fresh set of NGK PFR6G-11
  • New OEM spark plug wires
  • New OEM distributor cap and rotor
  • Check and replace/clean ALL grounding points in the bay
  • Clean battery contacts (Optima Yellow-top)

Anything else I might be missing?

Thanks for the help with the brainstorming.

I think it would be best to run this by your tuner.

I did. We can't think of anything else.
But I figured it would be beneficial to list everything in one spot and ask for the community's input.
The cam gears, for example, were a last minute thing (he was convinced I already had adjustable cam gears).

i've heard that putting a car with a bad alignment on a dyno can be highly dangerous, is the car aligned?

Yes, she's aligned.
I have very slight dog-tracking in the rear (possibly bad TA from disc conversion), but the front is good.

You mean to check it for resistance?

Yes, I was surprised though, even the old 9.9 gallon tank was very clean inside.
At least I know for sure.

Good thoughts guys, thanks for the suggestions and keep them coming.

Full tank for good, homogeneous pressure I suppose? Makes sense.

And gap... definitely, thanks.
