16x8 on a 4dr civic

will 16x8 wheels with a 0 offset fit on a 97 4dr civic? i think so with fender rolling front will be pretty low but rear will be sitting just a couple inches lower than stock.

any advise will help

They will not fit without running either..

A. An unsafe tire size and an unsafe amount of camber.
-or-
B. Fender flares.
