Icon6 pr3 ecu on a B18C

ok i have b18c gsr but i have a pr3 ecu will this work with my b18C. right now my vtec is not kicking in. will i need to get a p72?

You should use the P72 as it's the ecu meant for the GSR.

Depends on what pr3 it is, obd1 or obd0, you will need the corresponding harness to be able to use it. You are better off with a p72 as it has the option to control the butterflies. WitH all other ecus, you will most likely need to disable the secondary butterflies in the GSR intake manifold and/or get a b16/itr style manifold, such as the skunk2 or blox.

its obd1 already plugged in and everything and the vtec still not working. i think if i get the p72 this might solve my problem.

Vtec should work with the pr3, I would check other things as well.

yeah i looked it up i think it might be an a electrical problem or something like the oil pressure could be anything.

wrong fuel map. unless it's obd1 and you chip it to crome and upload a gsr basemap, don't do it.
