has been laid down one time but not while it was moving.. it was real windy one day i had it outside while i was working on my car walked inside for like 10min walked back out it was laying on the ground. I did turn it into ins. but i had to use the money for bills so it never got fixed. its really not bad at all has a like crack on the fairing and a scuff on the slider peg.
