My passenger side front LCA is bent and I pulled a LCA off a 91 DX hatch today but am not sure if it will fit my 89 DX hatch, I've tried searching this info but came up with nothing. Feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I did and got nothing for EF civics

 

Part number from Honda for 91 DX hatch LCA is:

51355-SH3-020

Part number for 89 DX hatch LCA is:

51355-SH3-020

Judging by the identical part numbers, I'd say it'll fit.

That took 2 minutes and 39 seconds.

 

90-93 Integra LCA fits too.

 

I wish there was a site for Acura parts that was identical to HondaAutomotiveParts.com.

No, but BFG Kdw tires are like skis in the cold! It happened 5 years ago. I could barely move on a 2% grade. Great summer tires though.
