lol my ex gf had a 94 accord and, yes you guessed it, it was stolen. When she got it back she sold it. And this was after I put all kinds of work into it. I had told her to put a club on it and she chose not to. The alarm worked sometimes and sometimes it didn't. It wasn't on and working when it stolen. I also have a 91 camry, but I have a foot club on that. And I have a club on my honda along with a viper alarm with everything u can think of attached to the alarm. I'm not messing around anymore since I had my radio stolen a few years back.
This is nothing new, GM cars/trucks with the Saginaw columns were easy to steal, then the Hondas came out and these were just as easy to steal. The silly chrome PL switch on the doors is a horrible idea. Why have two locking mechanism side by side anyway. The chrome toggles are easy to get to with a coat hanger, just pull it up and the doors unlock
and the shaved key is a friggin joke. I love how some schmuck can start the car with a screw driver, but the original non-valet key acts like a proper ***** 9/10 of the time.

I read one article, the solution would be to replace the lock cylinder if the key can jiggle up and down in it too much.
I hope my lock cyclinder is still good, because about 3 months ago, my wife complained so much about my key not being able to start my car, I had to get a new key cut at the honda dealership. I hope this means that my lock was still plenty functional as a lock.
I have a paging alarm on my car with tilt sensor, glass breakage sensor and voltage monitoring sensor. I need to get a backup battery though. I also have a clutch club lock, however I mainly use it only when I go to unfamiliar/potentially questionable places.
