I need this little bolt but....
I need the bolt that is circled in red and its #5. Its a bolt that bolt connects the cat to the b-pipe of the exhaust. Long story as to why I need it but the stort story is that I stripped the hell out of it.
My question is; is that bolt welded on the plate that connects to the cat? hold up I'll go take a pic. So ya'll can see the
in me.
Ok take a look at the bolt at the top of the tri-angle that doesn't have a nut on it. Well thats the bolt/stud that I need to replace, so is that bolt/stud welded to the plate.
and heres the front ST sway bar. That bar is half of the story, I had to take off the B-pipe to manuver the bar in place and when I bolted the nut back on I guess I put in crooked and it got to a point where it would turn anymore.

No it isn't wleded in place. If it won't come out easily...get a hammer...thats what I always have to do cause they get rusted in. You can replace the stud and nut at sears if need be.

So the next step would be to go to Honda dealership
(hate the people that work there) and get the bolt? Yeah right I'm sure they'll be like oh we'll have to order that part, it will take 6-8 weeks. Then I'll get a phone call saying that's its on back order and I can't get it for a year. Ok over exaggerated. Then I'll take it to Midas so I don't get my wallet raped. Does that sound good.

Like skrewdlude said any bolt and nut will do. If you dont have a Sears near you try a Walmar, K-mart or pretty much any store will cary nuts and bolts.

they are thread studs, similar to a lug stud... just take off the heat shield, and hit the stud with a hammer, then replace the stud with a nut & bolt.
