94 teg ls clutch problem
The clutch is still good, u can take off in third or second but sometimes when u take off it sputters real bad. And when in first the clutch want to grab , there's a little pull even with the clutch press all the way in. Any ideas?
Pretty simple with 2 people, a short clear plastic tube that will fit on bleed nipple and a small clear bottle or jar makes it easy and mess free.
Start by making sure clutch fluid reservoir is full, put some fluid in the bottle/jar, [1/2" or so] place plastic tube in bottle/jar so end is submerged in fluid, have "helper" pump clutch a few times and hold it, carefully open bleeder valve, [nipple], before pedal reaches floor close the bleeder valve, repeat until no air bubbles are seen.
KEEP YOUR EYES ON FLUID RESERVOIR keep adding fluid, [top off] so it does not go dry, it will introduce air into system and you will have to start all over again.
It is the same as bleeding brakes except only one bleed point. 94
