so this is step one to the issues to come.

Just recently did a mpfi swap on my ef civic. Turn the key to the on position and gas sprays everywhere

I did not replace the o rings but going to start with that first thing tomorrow.

The gas is spraying right and the fuel rail.

Any tips? what you all might lead to believe what this might be?

Bad seals - be it dry rotted, ripped, or what have you. Be sure to lube them with oil or preferably petroleum jelly. It is a possibility they can be revived with petroleum jelly... Pull them out and inspect them.

 

ill go with the o rings
i aslo did a mpfi swap and i didnt change the o rings and they didn't leak
did u check the nuts that hold down the fuel rail?

 

I reseated the fuel rail thinking it was that. Still happens. The o rings "look" to be fine but was going to get replacements tomorrow.

Now I noticed that the o rings are discontinued for our cars and Every auto parts sells a generic o ring kit. Is this sufficient?

do all the o rings leak?
i got some o rings from a f22 intake manifold i have
but don't know if they will fit ill give them to u i you want so you dont spend some cash on them.

 

you can get an o ring assortment for ac **** thats what i did with my cra same problem after mpfi swap and those ac o rings are working fine for me
