I just picked up a 95 EX coupe. 4 codes. 17,12,9,41. I started trouble shooting and found out it has an H22a P13 ECU. Is the pin setup for an OBD1 H22a P13 ECU the same as the stock ECU for a 95 EX coupe (P28 correct is stock right)? Or, is this the reason I am throwing all these codes because I do not have the proper ECU?

PS, went to the car wash to wash it today and it locked me out when the door swung shut.

On a lighter note, the paint job isn't terrible that it has recently had done to it...

Thanks for the help grumblemarc, do you also happen to know if the pin out on the H22a P13 and P28 is the same?

 

It appears that the pin locations are the same.... Can anybody shed any light on this? I checked the speed sensor and it didn't clip so that it "snaps" it tight and the dizzy's was ruined as well. I have had plugs work before that didn't have this issue. I checked the 02 wiring and it looked solid although there is only one. Do obd1 have 2 or just one? Since I have the P13 is chipping an option and get the right map on there an option?

I think you should just get a P28.
