How hard is it to get replacement HID Ballasts?

How hard is it to get replacement HID Ballasts?
Or am i better off buying a whole new HID Kit?
One side does not work, i am yet to workout whether it is the bulb or ballast itself, but if it is the ballast, are replacement ones easy to come buy?
What do i do if there isn't any information on the ballasts (wattage etc) so i know what to replace it with?

Ddm tuning google it replacement ballasts for cheap i think around 15bucks a piece. very good brand lifetime warranty keep your receipts. 55 watt and 35 watt. Never had a problem and owned 4 kits from them.
