with the mods you have listed, a header would do about nothing... it's for your exhaust flow, in order to see gains, is with intake, header, exhaust, high flow cat or test pipe... each peice compliments the other... rule of thumb. 4-2-1 shows gains in the low to mid range, while the 4-1 shows more gains up top... integras as we all know have a shitty top end, especially the ls due to the non vtec... do a search next time, this topic has been beatin to death.... whatever happened to the idea of putting all the common questions together for n00b's?

He pretty much answered it good enough. I'd reccommend a DC stainless 4-2-1 for that good midrange. Make sure you decide your plans now so you dont end up buying a header and cams and end up boosting.

I've got a DC sports 4-1 on my LS and it makes a little extra power towards top end. Its nothing huge, but its noticeable. Even leaking.

I'm going to be installing a DC 4-2-1 CC header on my ls this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes.

You will see gains, but not the full gains if you had a catback and highflow cat.
The LS has a pretty strong midrange, if you want to stick to that then yes a good 4-2-1 is your best bet. I would pick Comptech's 4-2-1 over the DC unless you are planning on supercharging at some poine (the DC has short primaries which is good for SC).

Comptechs is the only 4-2-1 header I know of that is stepped to prevent reverse exhaust flow, and its barely more cost wise than the DC.

15's???? i/h/e/c should easily get you into the 15's providing you're a descent driver. they supposedly run a 16.0 stock, but that's arguable. and besides, once you get 15's, you'll want 14's

Get a DC 4-2-1 ceramic. You won't regret it.
