I have a green flashing light/key on my dashboard, the starter turns, i am getting fuel, and when I put the key in off position the light flashes 5 times... any help

 

That is normal.

 

My car had that issue, it is normal. But if it starts acting up it is your ignition switch. (Such as driving and the car randomly cuts off, or hard to start sometimes)

 

I get no spark, it doesn't start,

 

There could be something wrong with the coil. Check the simple stuff first. See if you can get a hold of a known good coil to swap in for a second. Find a prelude buddy.

The Immobilizer system disables the starter, so it wouldn't even crank if that was an issue.

 

Well, it appears that there is a cover over the distributer between it and the cap. I had a bad cover, it arced and hit a wire on the module inside the distributor. I guess it caused the injectors to lock, and fuel was washing out my cylinders so had no compression. Had distributor replaced as well as plugs after it dried out, now runs well.
