Default 92 accord auto tranny messed up

so my 92 accord starts fine and runs then when your driving you hear this noise sounds like a 'tire rubbing a fender" then the transmission completly goes out car will not go no gear works.. then if you turn the car off and turn it back on the trans will work again for a short while.. i have checked the tcu didnt see any burned capasitors. also did change the fluid not long ago i didnt use honda atf but i dont think that would cause the problen it is haveing this really sucked i just got this accord my second one i have fixed it up nice now this **** almost left me stranded any help on this

Check the ATF pressure, go to the link on the right in my signature, scroll down to "Troubleshooting: Checking the solenoid and TCU for proper function."

Have fun.
