Icon2 ITR intake vs Skunk2 Proseries

I have a JDM k20a and im trying to figure out if i should upgrade the intake and throttle body to the Skunk2 intake and TB but apparently the stock ITR intake is already good. im going to be running a budget race header and skunk2 catback and im unsure if the intake and TB need to be upgraded.

The Skunk2 manifold shows gains similar to a Honda RBC manifold.
It is def an upgrade over the PRC manifold.
