how bad are the tires? I have a set of fat fives with ziex 912's that have plenty of tread life on them (used for maybe 5K miles).

the front 2 are at 60% thread. the rear left tire is about 30% (good for another 10k miles I assume) and the 4th is balding in the center. The threads are there on the inner and outer walls.
