The EG shocks were a little bigger in diameter therefor the hole at the top of the "A" fork that holds the shock to the LCA is bigger than the EF. You can get the EG fork and use EG suspension. I had a set of lowering springs from a EG I tried using but it looked like the spring was longer than my stock EF ones so I didnt use them. And the rear EG shocks are alittle wider where they mount on the rear LCA. I currently have EF shocks while using EG coilover springs. I'm not too sure if a lowering or stock EG spring would mount right on a EF shock. It looks like it would but I've never tried it.

Thanks, so technically EG spring/shock length are higher than the EF, and if use the EG setup, I’ll also need to use the front EG fork.
