Default 95 Accord feels slugish before 2500 rpms

Ok so I want to get some thoughts on this before I send it to the mechanic. I have a 1995 Accord 5 speed that I just recently changed out the fuel filter and transmission oil and after Idid this to the car it started to run sluggish below 2500rpm but after it passes those rpms it runs normal. I triple checked all hoses as well. does any have any thoughts on this or what I can try to do, any thoughts would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

When u switched ur oil, is it synthetic or non-synthetic? When i swtiched from non-s to synthetic, my idle become more quieter. Iono if that helps.

Are you sure you did not knock anything loose? Are you positive that the fuel filter was installed the correct way? Turn the car to ON and check for fuel leakage.

Yeah, those fittings have to be on tight or they will leak and the location of your model's fuel filter is really a bad spot. You could have knocked anything loose or had something undone still.
