Ive been looking for awhile and finally found an stock HF about an 5 hour round from me so I drove down yesterday and pick it up. It is a 91 HF and the man i bought the crx from was the 2nd owner, he has had the crx since 95, as you can see on the title prev issue date was 91, then date of issue when he got it was 95. The car has 103K miles on it. Everything is stock from the motor to the exhaust. It has the D15B6 Motor and 5 speed tranny, I got 56MPG driving 75-80 the whole way home. He just had some head work done and put a new head gasket in the car. The car use to be white and he had it painted the new color looks black except when the sun is hitting it right it looks really dark green. There some some things that need to be fixed mainly interior stuff, new carpet, center dash where cd player is, back box is missing.but I look forward to fixing it up. Not real sure what all i want to do yet.


















Hood doesnt want to close all the way? any hints on maying it close right?

 

Just wondering if anyone knew how to get the "dent" out of the hood so it will close all the way?

 

It looks like he shut the hood with a tool on the shock tower.

 

Hood isn't fixable - get a new one if it bothers you.

You need a battery hold down too. Also, the odo says 103k, but the rubber pedal covers say something else...

Other than that, it looks okay!

 

Definitely not all stock, but close I guess. Car has been worked on quite a bit for such low mileage...color change, engine removed, mismatched plastics in the back.
The red doesn't work either, but I look forward to your build.

 

It doesnt bother me that much just figure i could straiten it out. So you saying the ODO is wrong bc the pedals are a lil wore out?

 

yea i guess i shouldnt have said all stock what i ment was motor and tranny was original to the car.
