Icon2 F22A / JDM F23 Swap Questions HELP!!!

Hey guys!

I own a Honda Accord 1997 SE with a F22A Non-Vtec blown motor.

I recently purchased a JDM F23 2.3l VTEC (JDM dealer said they don't use letter after the "F23" in Japan where this motor originated in) at a very reasonable price that I would use as a swap for my blown F22a.

Background: I am a computer geek and NO mechanic by any means, but I can follow directions very well. My dad is the mechanic that will be doing the swap with my technical help and research.

What do I need?

If it were that easy... I have done a fair amount of research before buying the F23 and know it can be done. Many would say why not upgrade to H22??? Simple answer = family car, not willing to invest that much, and the F23 was fairly priced.

Here are the parts that I have ordered and am going to change over from F22A to JDM F23:

+ 1 Timing Belt (112 round teeth)
+ 1 Balance Shaft Belt ( 70 teeth)
+ 1 Tensioner (Bearing assembly - made in Japan)
+ 1 Idler (made in Japan)
+ 1 Camshaft Seal
+ 1 Crankshaft Seal
+ 1 Water Pump
1998 1999 HONDA ACCORD ENGINE WIRING HARNESS
1998 Honda Accord Computer ECU (after further research this is going back b/c it seems my current system in OB1 and 98 to 02 F23 is OB2 and Dizzy will not work amongst other things)
97 front and rear motor mounts
Liquids: Tranny, motor oil, radiator fluid etc.

So here are my questions before I get out of my budget which is really low:

My dad is ready to do the swap this weekend and I don't doubt his talent but he has never done a swap like this and I am in full control of the parts i.e. money. I have many junk yards near me so parts for a Honda* will not be a problem, but what parts do I need?

It seems that I could use a 95 accord P0A ECU to get the VTEC working and CEL not showing, but will it fit my 98 harness or my 97 F22 harness?

Am I missing anything? Remember, this is not my field of expertise; any advice would be greatly appreciated.

All I really would like to know is what do I bring over from the F22 to F23 and what parts am I currently missing?

PS: Any "how too's or step by step would be greatly appreciated".

Thanks!
