Looks like HX rims to me. Take a look at the middle and difference in size with the 96 ITR rims

Dude...this isn't the random ITR parts forum. And a fuzzy pic does no one any good.

And the obvious solution is to check the stamping on the rear for the bolt pattern. It's not that hard and a quick google search will tell you what you're looking for.

Those are 14" HX wheels. This guy is trying to scam you. The webbing between the spokes gives it away.
