Default a motor mount problem i ran into with my b16 swap

so cars running perfectly fine now, just thought i would share my experience.

a buddy of mine had some Place Racing mounts.
driver side, trans, and rear mount.

i thought ok cool. some real swap mounts for $60 not bad.

well i ran into a problem..
trans side bolted up and sat nicely in its location on the frame, rear mount sat nicely on the rear crossmember, BUT the driver side didnt line up at all.

now i am 100% sure that the DA post bracket was on the motor, but with the way the place racing mount was fabbed, the location for the bolt holes was cocked way to far to the front of the car.

so my fix was to take a DA integra new driver side mount, and install it....BUT the mount was too wide.
so all i did was take a grinder and cutoff wheel and simply ground down the middle channel of the mount just enough so that it could slide into place in the mount location.

and with a little bit of elbow grease and leverage, i got the mount to slip over the post bracket and bolt up

That's typically what happens when you use the incorrect post mount.
