wats up ht. i just picked up a 94 integra ls and while im driving especially on the highway the temp gauge says the engine is cold no matter how long ive been driving. but then when i stop and put it in park and the engine will warm up to operating temp. and then when i start driving again eventually it will go back down. time for a thermostat? any response is appreciated thanks

 

Thermostat is stuck open. Replace.
