wheels are new in boxes. they were mounted and removed for spc finished rp03s.there are only minor scratches where the idiot used an impact gun to when mounting them. he pissed me off, minor scratches around the lugnut holes on a couple of the wheels not noticable. other than that they are perfect. no tires. will take $580 cash. price drop thanx
