Took my VX to the track again but now in KY (slightly cooler) and on 14" nitto drag radials for the first time.

Track was very slick. They haven't prepped it well all season and now it's in very bad shape. Everyone else ran 2.4-2.6 60ft times.

This was in my 92 VX hatch. Stock JDM B16 SIR II, stock clutch, I/H/E, rear seat removed.

I'm hoping with a decent 60ft I can break into the 8's before this season is over but we'll see. I am going to another local redneck track this friday so maybe it'll hook better.

 

I took my B16a to the track 1/4 w/175hp on 22x8 slicks.

get some slicks and you will love it.

 

Mine is a stock B16 with most likely 175 at the flywheel so drag radials are fine with me.

My dad got real sick and we decided to move back and help the family out. Would have loved to stay but maybe we'll move back sometime.
