Posting this for a friend. Appearently he has a 2009 Pilot that he has taken back to the dealership multiple times for braking shudder. They have replaced and ground the pads/rotors several times, but are now saying it is his tires. He has taken the vehicle to two independent tire companies and after looking over the tires (around 30K miles on them), say that the tires are fine and that the problem is not the tires. He really does not know what to do, and his warranty has expired, but the local dealership told him that if he had the vibration again to bring it in. He said he may call Honda directly to see if they can extend his warranty. Anyways, the vibration/shudder only happens while braking, no shudder or vibration while driving. Any thoughts?

 

May be a stuck caliper or bad ABS module.
