ok my 98 db8 has a b18a1 in it
is it possible to have a obd1 engine harness on a 98 gsr? i have a 2 plug dizzy, harness is 2 plug too so im confused i thought obd2a has 1 plug dizzy and only 1 bolt lines up on the dizzy
problem - car starts and runs but after i drive for 10 minutes it dies out while driving and wont crank back up until it cools down i noticed it only happens when the car is warmed up i had a friend look at it and he thinks its electrical maybe some with the alarm

any help would be nice

 

any clues (e.g. codes?)

when it dies, what stops working? (e.g. spark, fuel pump, injector pulses, console..)

 

the fuel is still pumping i hear the main relay click over and the starter is still cranking it just doesnt start up
