Default Dashboard Clicking in 96 Accord

Over the past few months my dashboard has been making some really annoying clicking noises. They are primarily coming from the passenger side of the car, I'm having a hard time pinpointing it any further than than. It is a 96 Accord, so I figure something or somethings may be loose under there. If anyone else has had similar troubles and figured it out please let me know.

thanks

Is it a rattle or more like a relay click? Do you have any warning lights on, like the abs or anything. Blower motor off, still have the noise.

I think it is more of a rattle than a click. There are no warning lights in the car and it happens whether or not the blower is on.

I just posted this video too to try to figure out what's going with my car.
Is this similar?

hmm, you noise sounds more mechanical, mine is more intermittent and sounds like a plastic part is moving that shouldn't be.
