100% unmolested stock P28 ECU

Looking to sell this ECU out of my 95 EX, perfect nothing wrong with it, missing 2 screws because my s300 was missing 2 screws.

$100 shipped anywhere in the lower 48

I have a ctr b16b and someone told me I needed a b16 ecu to pass emissions. do you know if this will work for me to pass?
