Well guys I knew it when I pulled it out but TOO LATE! DUH!! Have a 90 Civic sedan and the antenna broke so I got a new one and pulled the old one out without attaching something to it so I could pull the new one back in. Now when I feed the new one down the pillar, it gets almost to the bottom and is getting hung up on something. It is SOOO tight in the kick panel to get my hand in there to find the hole it comes out of to try and grab it but can't seem to get in there. Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this? Thanks.

 

A metal coat hanger.
Bend a hook on the end of it and see if you can fish the cable out.

 

Thanks for suggestion but I can't seem to see where the antenna cable comes out at the kick panel. Too confined and crowded. I have fished it down from the roof where it mounts but right about where it hits the bottom of pillar it gets hung up.

 

Use some "fish tape" and try to reverse feed it out of the hole. (The metal coil/roll used for electrical work in conduit and such.)

 

it comes out of a hole above the main relay. best way to fish it is to just pull your dash out

 

i just did mine recently and i dropped my hhood release and main relay out of the way and used my freakishly long middle finger to pull it through ....not to hard to do ....but if you have cocktail weenies for fingers use a coat hanger
