88 CRX Suspension Swap questions
Ok yall, I have been researching about swapping different suspension parts on my CRX
For starters I currently have 97 EX trailing arms in the rear with disc brakes (only had to change the Toe link in the front)
I have a pair of 89 rear LCAs so I can use 89 and up style shocks, but I have a question about shock bushings
The EK shock forks are skinnier than the earlier models, so people commonly just grind the bushings down to be the correct width for the EK shocks, but since I am buying new bushings I want to know if EF and EK shock bushings are the same OD so I can just press in EK shock bushings in my EF front and rear LCAs
Also will the steering knuckles off my 97 EX fit my 88 CRX, I know there is something about the shock forks and shocks being a lil different in length, but is there any difference in the knuckles ?
Thanks in advance, Matt
